New Lifestyles Health and Fitness has been a part of Strathroy for around 35 years. With my ownership of 6 years, there have been many changes to the facility. The club is open 24 hours, with personal training most hours of the day. I have rates of $43/month with a 1-year membership. We have senior and student rates of $30/month with a 1-year membership. Ask us about couples rates. There is never a sign-up fee or consultation fee. Once you come in, you're good to go with only a monthly payment.
